Ellie The Last of Us Fan-art

 Me ha maravillado el juego "The Last of Us", la historia es muy profunda y la evolución del personaje de Ellie y su relación con Joel a lo largo del juego es realmente conmovedora.

He creado esta pieza para un concurso de la comunidad de arte online It´s Art y tuve la suerte de ganar el primer premio a pesar de haber entradas de gran calidad.

Estoy muy contento con el resultado, especialmente porque en esta ocasión el detalle sólo está sugerido y todas las texturas han sido creadas con pinceles básicos y jugando con la goma de borrar.He tratado de capturar el espíritu y emoción de Ellie en lugar de simplemente copiar su apariencia en el juego, así que a pesar de que el parecido físico no es exacto espero que en esencia siga siendo reconocible.

Hecho en Photoshop CS6 en aproximadamente 20 horas o un poco menos, un par de referencias usadas para a ropa y rasgos propios pero vagamente.

Espero que os guste, y espero que juguéis al juego si no lo habéis hecho ya y tenéis oportunidad.

I loved so much The Last of Us game, the story is very deep and the emotional evolution of Ellie and her relationship with Joel is very touching.

I created this piece for a challenge of the webstite It´s Art  and I was very lucky to win the first prize, there were a lot of great entries as well. 

Im very happy with the result, specially because the detail it´s only hinted and all the piece and texture where made with basic brushes and playing with the eraser.I tried to capture the feeling and emotion of Ellie instead of just copy her appearance from the game.

Done in Photoshop Cs6 in about 20 hours, a couple of references used for the costume and phisical features but very vaguely.
